Terms and Conditions
Before you start to use this website or try any of the games here, pause at this place for a moment. It helps to know what you’re agreeing to first. These Terms and Conditions aren’t complicated — they simply outline the agreement between you and Galazia B.V., the company behind the website. Here you’ll find who can join, what the platform expects from its players, and how both sides keep play fair and secure.
1. Definitions
Some key terms appear often here below, so their meanings are provided in a plain language.
The Provider is Galazia B.V., registered in Curaçao (No. 123456) and licensed under OGL/2024/402/06240 by the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
The Website refers to our site parimatch.com and all products, games, and services available on this domain.
Your Account is the personal profile you create for betting and gaming. Upon registration, you become a Client—an individual, not a company. A betting agreement is what happens when you place a bet through your account and the Provider accepts it. A payment agent is any company that legally processes deposits or withdrawals on behalf of the Provider.
The notion of Restricted Countries refers to such countries where our service is not available. That includes Aruba, Australia, Belarus, France, the UK, the US, and also some other countries which are blacklisted by the FATF (such as Iran and North Korea). Anyone who‘s located in these countries or who is a citizen of them is prohibited from registering or playing here.
2. Offer and Acceptance
The site’s presence isn’t an open invitation, but is a conditional offer. Only those persons who meet all the requirements listed here may accept it:
- You are 18 years old (or older if your local law sets a higher limit for the clients);
- You are not in a restricted country or region (where online gambling is prohibited);
- You are not located in a jurisdiction subject to sanctions by the Curacao Gaming Authority or under FATF suspicion;
- You are not an employee, former employee, or close relative of an employee.
By creating an Account or simply using the Site, you confirm your compliance with these provisions and accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding agreement. A separate signature is not required.
If you subsequently violate these rules, for example, by moving to a prohibited country or providing false information, the agreement will automatically be suspended. At this time you will not be able to use the Website. Also, any funds in your account may, at the Provider’s discretion, be considered a non-refundable gift.
As well, when you reach out to our customer support, keep all the conversation friendly. Remember they’re there to sort things out, not to argue with you. A calm tone helps both sides. If messages turn into threats, insults, or constant spam, the chat can be blocked — maybe just for a day, maybe longer, depending on the situation.
You’re also responsible for following the laws of your own country. That includes paying any taxes on winnings and keeping your play fair. Don’t share information with others to gain an advantage, don’t use programs that change the outcome of a game, and don’t try to interfere with results in any way. If such behaviour is found, the Provider may cancel your bets or hold back your winnings.
3. General Provisions
The Website is intended for personal entertainment only and is not for commercial use. Some individual games or products may have additional rules; by playing them, you automatically accept these additional terms.
The Provider may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will typically receive notifications via email, but even without notification, continued use constitutes your acceptance of the new version, so it is recommended to check periodically.
All bonus or promotional rules must comply with these General Terms and Conditions. The Provider may modify or cancel offers if abuse or manipulation is detected, and its decisions are final.
Finally, by using the Website, you also accept its Privacy Policy and consent to the necessary data processing. Personal data is used for account management and KYC/AML compliance. It is stored only for the period required by law and can be accessed or deleted upon request sent to [email protected].
4. Client Account
Each player can only have one account—this is a hard and fast rule, not a recommendation. If multiple profiles appear to be linked via the same home network, computer, or payment card, the provider may consider them to belong to the same user. This helps prevent bonus abuse and maintain system integrity.
Your account is personal and should remain so. It’s a place where your money and data meet, so you should protect it as carefully as possible. It means, keep your password secret and never store it on shared or public devices. And even if you trust someone, don’t share that information with anyone else anywhere. Log out of your account after playing—a simple habit that will help keep your funds safe.
If someone else logs into your account because you forgot to log out or shared your data, all their activity will be considered yours. The system makes no distinction between you and them. So, our company will not compensate anyhow for losses caused by shared access or negligence. Responsibility lies fully with you.
All information of you profile must be accurate, here your full name, date of birth, phone number, and address are meant. If anything changes, update it immediately. Accuracy matters. Even a small correction can trigger a short verification process, and this is normal. This process is necessary to ensure that the account is truly yours.
At any time, you might be asked to confirm your provided information on your identity. It might be required from you to submit a photo of your ID, a bank statement or invoice (showing your address), or a screenshot of your payment method. The information must match your profile. And if anything seems unclear, you may be asked to provide a higher-quality image, or even invited to a short video call. This is a simple step—simply to confirm your identity and prevent fraud.
Withdrawals will be suspended until these checks are completed. Submitting forged or altered documents is a serious violation and may result in the permanent closure of your account. In such cases, the balance may be frozen as a penalty.
The Provider also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion. In this case, the Provider may return the remaining funds minus transaction fees. Finally, several things are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts, sharing a single profile with other people, using automated betting software, or participating in coordinated play with others. Any evidence of such behavior may result in bet cancellation, confiscation of winnings, and a permanent ban.
5. Website Use
The website is intended for personal entertainment, not for business or arbitrage purposes. You play for real money, and the Provider does not guarantee winnings. Losses are part of the game and are your sole responsibility.
The Provider may remove or suspend any game or feature at any time. If there are no deposits, withdrawals, or bets in an account for twelve consecutive months, an administrative fee of $5 per month (or less if the balance is lower) may be charged. You will receive an email notification twenty-four hours before the first charge. The charge stops upon resuming play or when the balance reaches zero. You can also voluntarily stop playing every ninety days by contacting us from your registered email address. After final settlement, your account will be frozen in accordance with your request. Wagering limits apply to all games. Unless otherwise is stated, the minimum bet stay as $1. And the maximum single win (including jackpots) is $1 mln (or the equivalent in any other currency). It there arises language conflict, the English version of these Terms and Conditions always prevails here.
6. Making a Deposit
You can fund your account using the payment methods listed on the “Deposit” page. All payments must be made from accounts registered in your name and not from third-party or corporate cards. If a deposit is made from someone else’s account, you must notify the provider immediately; otherwise, the deposit amount and any associated winnings may be deemed invalid and forfeited.
The minimum deposit amount for a single transaction is listed on the “Deposit” page; If not specified, it is assumed to be equal to 5 US dollars. Higher limits may depend on the payment system.
The site operates in US dollars and euros. It does not offer currency exchange services, so deposits in other currencies may be subject to automatic conversion. Any losses or conversion fees are your responsibility.
Some payment methods may incur a transaction fee, which is clearly stated on the “Deposit” and “Withdrawal” pages.
7. Withdrawals
When it’s time to withdraw money, you’ll need to use the same payment method you used for deposits. That rule isn’t random — it’s there to prevent fraud and to meet anti-money-laundering standards. Before any withdrawal can go through, your account must be verified.
To make a valid request, your total wagers must reach at least 70 percent of your last deposit. If you try to withdraw earlier, the Provider may deduct 10 percent of the requested sum as an early-withdrawal fee.
Once your documents are checked and the request approved, the funds are sent to your chosen payment account. How long it takes depends on your bank or wallet service — sometimes it’s quick, sometimes it can take up to thirty banking days.
If something looks suspicious — a second account, false data, unusual transfers — the payment may be delayed or cancelled until everything is clarified. The Provider can also hold back winnings that seem linked to unfair play, bonus abuse, or manipulation of game results. In cases of serious fraud, the account can be frozen completely and all related funds confiscated.
8. Refund Policy
Deposits made on the website are considered final. Once money reaches your balance, it can’t be reversed just because you changed your mind.
Refunds are possible only in special cases — for example, if a technical error caused a wrong charge, or if a minor managed to register with false details. Each case is looked at separately, and the Provider decides whether a refund applies.
If a refund is granted, it’s sent back to the same payment method you used for the deposit. Transaction fees or currency-exchange losses remain your responsibility.
When fraudulent or unauthorised payments are found, the company may report them to the authorities and block all linked accounts. If you ever see a payment you don’t recognise, contact customer support right away. The matter will be investigated, though the funds may stay on hold until the check is complete.
9. Anti-Fraud and Fair-Play Rules
Fair play is a central condition of this agreement. Every bet must represent genuine, personal play — not the use of bots, automated scripts, or coordinated group strategies.
The following practices are forbidden:
- Using more than one account;
- Betting on both sides of the same event;
- Collusion between players;
- Sharing access or transferring funds between accounts;
- Using software to predict or manipulate outcomes;
exploiting bonuses or system errors for guaranteed profit.
If any of these listed activities are detected, the Provider may cancel all bets by them, seize winnings, or even permanently block the account of such client. If cases of fraud are confirmed, the company may also share evidence with regulators or law-enforcement bodies.
All monitoring tools — logs, timestamps, transaction data — are used to ensure fairness and detect irregular behaviour. The Provider’s decision on fraud or manipulation is final.
10. Responsible Gaming
The Provider promotes responsible play. Gambling is anyhow meant for leisure, not for income. If you feel the need to slow down, there are ways to do it.
You can set the limits directly in your account. They may be on deposits, losses, wagers, or the time you spend while playing here. There you can choose a day, a week, or a month. Each limit might be changed later, but raising it takes a short waiting period. If you want to pause entirely, you can request a Cooling-Off break or a full self-exclusion. The latter blocks access for a chosen term — weeks, months, or longer.
All such requests must come from your registered email. Once confirmed, they are applied quickly and cannot be undone until the set time expires.
The website also lists contacts for independent groups that help people manage gambling problems. Their advice is free and confidential.
11. Complaints
If something doesn’t work as expected — a game freezes, a payout delays, a result looks unclear — you can file a complaint. Send it to the address shown on the site, using the email linked to your account.
Every complaint is reviewed. You’ll first get confirmation that it was received. A reply usually follows within two weeks. If more time is needed, you’ll be told why.
Include details that help the review: the date, transaction number, screenshots if possible. System records and server logs are used to verify events. These mentioned data have final weight in resolving disputes.
But if when a case remains unresolved, you may apply to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body licensed in Curaçao. It‘s decision will be fully binding for both sides.
12. Liability
The Provider maintains the website with care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted work. Short-term faults, lost connections, or software errors may occur. If they cause a wrong payout or duplicate bet, the transaction can be corrected or cancelled.
Responsibility is limited to the amount involved in the disputed bet or to the balance on the account — whichever is smaller. In special circumstances, compensation may reach EUR 2 000 and, by decision of the Provider, up to three times that amount.
Indirect losses — lost data, profits, or opportunities — are not covered. The same applies to technical problems on the player’s side or failures of external providers.
13. Final Provisions
The Provider may close any account at its discretion, refunding the remaining balance after deducting reasonable fees. You may also close your account by writing to support.
All elements of the website — text, design, software, and trademarks — belong to the Provider or its partners. They may not be copied or reused in any way. Also, automatic programs, bots, and scraping tools are strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Curaçao. Any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the Curaçao courts.
By using the website, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand the risks of gambling, and agree to play responsibly.
